The Millers produced a fine performance on the road as they ran out convincing 3–0 winners against Allscott Heath, producing a dominant second‑half display to take all three points.
The Millers wasted no time in asserting themselves and took the lead inside two minutes. Millen Brown’s dangerous cross‑shot caused problems in the home penalty area, and when the Allscott Heath goalkeeper could only parry the ball, Adam Dahou was on hand to calmly slot home from close range.
What followed was a physical and competitive first half, with the difficult conditions adding to the challenge. A strong wind and a slightly slopped pitch favoured the home side, but The Millers showed discipline and resilience, managing the game well to ensure they went into the break with their early advantage intact.
After half-time, however, it was largely one-way traffic. Chris Baguley's side raised the tempo and began to dominate possession and territory, pinning Allscott Heath back for long periods. Their pressure paid off when Millen Brown doubled the lead, cutting in from the right and deceiving the goalkeeper with a left footed finish to give his side some breathing space.
The game was effectively put to bed soon after when Saul Henderson met a low cross from the right, guiding his finish past the goalkeeper to make it 3–0.
Despite the comfortable scoreline, The Millers could easily have added several more goals. A combination of wasteful finishing and superb goalkeeping meant the score remained respectable for the hosts, but there was little doubt about the outcome.
