New Mills Football Club can confirm that Mason Fallon has left the club to join North West Counties League Division One North club Bacup Borough.

Left-back Fallon was one of Dave Birch and Mike Norton’s first signings when they took over the club in August 2019 and he went on to become a firm favourite at Church Lane. He made 70 appearances for the club in his time as a Miller, captaining the side on over 50 occasions. His sole strike for the club was a 35 yard screamer at Maine Road in October 2020.

Mason leaves with the best wishes of everyone at the club and he will always be welcome back at Church Lane.
