It is with regret that we have to announce that New Mills FC will not be competing in this year’s NWCFL Macron Cup competition. As a result of a requirement to play all the remaining league matches by the 2nd April and the subsequent upcoming fixture congestion that this has caused, there will not be a practical date for the Macron Cup game to be played within the allotted timescale and therefore, we have had to take the decision to withdraw from this year’s competition.

We are very disappointed to have to had made this decision but it just wasn’t possible to play all of the remaining matches in the time available.
