Since arriving at the club in 2023 the management team played a major role in stabilising the club after a difficult period, helping to preserve our Step 6 status, before guiding the team to a 13th placed finish in 2024/25 and a play off position this season. Their contribution to the clubs recent progress is immeasurable and undeniable, and they leave with many thanks for those achievements.

Football clubs are built on more than results alone and following recent discussions around standards, the overall direction of the club and long-term vision, all parties felt that this was the appropriate time to make a change.

With a heavy heart, on behalf of everyone at the football club, directors, fans etc, we thank the management team for their efforts and commitment during their time at Church Lane and wish them the best for the future.
